Be advised that the track does not have the correct length in the track.ini file , hence the crazy fuel numbers. Here is a fix

If you cant see the pitboard on entry to the pit then find this line in the track.ini file

lane_bounds_dlat = -20.00 -1.00 ; start/end dlat of the pit lane

In the original file it reads -5 instead of -1 as I have changed it to , should bring out the pit stall board.

Little training this time and stomach discomfort just 1 hour before the start made me think that maybe I was going to withdraw because I was not in shape.

But I was able to get the feel with the car and then at the start of the race I felt better.

So I had no objection to Doni overtaking me at the start because I know it's a good wheel to follow, if you have the rhythm of course

Many laps behind Doni ... he drives fine and smooth, so you almost forget about the track reference because you just let the visual hook take you

I think halfway through the race I began to notice that Doni was distancing me ... in fact the dirtgear was starting to show ... I let Doni go away and a few laps later he had a slip that allowed me to overtake him ... the wear is the same for everyone

Then I was encouraged to get 5th with the refueling of others and I think the overlappings went pretty well.

Doni came a long time to a few seconds and managed to catch and overtake me because I had more and more problems of tire wear ... and Olaf joined the party riding with me until the end.

Great Olaf... this track is more beautiful riding with someone...

Finally Doni makes another small mistake and gives me the last one in the newspaper ... so I'm very happy because during the qualifying I still had serious doubts that I was fit to race

Qual
A good battle with Robert for the pole, and just managed to snatch it in the end with a new PB.

Race
A very wide grid made it easy to hold on to the lead going in to turn 1.
Had a good battle with Robert the first 17 laps. But he was a bit faster then me and also better on tire management and managed to pull away before the pit stop.

He then made a better pit stop and had a 5 second gap when we started on the second stint.

From there on in he was unbeatable.

Congratulations to Robert for yet another great win, and Rainer for joining us on the podium.

PS: I really liked this track. It was fun to drive.

Early in quali set a big PB, and André did very well to beat it for Pole!

So I had to follow André in the race, at some points he was better, like at the hairpin and exiting there. also his exit on the main straight was generally very good, so I struggled to get a good tow. I did need three attempts to pass André, but pulled it off also when the tires started to wear.

I pitted after 21 laps to avoid an undercut from André, he pitted with me but his stall was just after mine, and he lost some time there. My second stint was all about saving tires early on and keeping the pace consistetn. This way I could extend the gap from5 to 10s in the end.

Great race André, you drove very well in the first stint. Well done for P2, also grats to Rainer for P3. Well done finishers! I hope you reconsider Doni...

Well I finally got some points on the board. I really liked this track as well , nice flow. Good racetrack. Also found some setup things that seems promising so all in all not too bad.
