The only thing I have ticked now is the dirtgear81 patch but it still says your not qualified to enter this race,it works fine offline

I'm using Dirtgear81, there is also a Dirtgear81 light and a Dirtgear81test.
Also using Refuel_var,other than that I have the Ffb2 marked and nothing else do I need a
60 fps patch if so...
